Inspire Exchange Ltd is registered in Hong Kong. We are specialised in coordinating SERVICE TOURS for students and young adults.
We believe in strengthening human values in the young generation and we help them to understand our impact on the planet as well as everything and everyone around us.
With the help of social workers, educators and our partner organisations, Inspire Exchange provides volunteering and learning experiences so that the youth can challenge themselves to test their own limits and step out of their own comfort zone to do good for the society and the world.
By working closely with community organisations to resolve real-life issues our programs are designed to have a long-lasting, genuine and sustainable impact on both the participants and the host communities we work with.

Inspire offers grassroots educational and environmental service-learning tours that can be a satisfying experience as you reap the rich rewards of ‘doing without expectation’. Through volunteering, the feel-good factor comes through precious moments when you see how you have made a difference in the lives of many people. Moments like watching the sheer delight on the face of villagers as the miles of newly laid pipelines provide water to their homes, of connecting with the enthusiasm of local children in a rural primary school as you exchange cultural learning, or of getting your hands dirty as you apply teamwork to plant a tree that will provide food and shelter for many generations to come.

With more than 10 years of experience in coordinating overseas voluntary programmes in Sri Lanka, Inspire has been hosting groups and individuals each year from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia and the UK. It is our speciality to offer the best learning environment for life skills like leadership, cooperation, teamwork and problem-solving. Participants not only experience the local culture but also contribute to social development and education along with the positive upliftment of communities.
University and school students, as well as youth organisations, arrange voluntary projects with us.

Through Inspire Village we connect you with local non-profit organisations and host communities in Sri Lanka and help with preparation work to offer a safe and healthy working environment to maximize engagement and the smooth implementation of voluntary projects.

We help with preparation work, making sure the participants as well as the host community are well prepared. We create the best learning environment for the participants to learn life skills and experience the local culture while taking part in our projects. It is also very important to keep a good relationship with the host communities and to make sure they benefit from the contributions made by international volunteers. It is our responsibility to make sure the participants are safe and that the volunteering projects contribute positively to the local communities. We believe good coordination guarantees the smooth implementation of the program.

Since our focus is on organising program for groups, we recommend individual volunteers to join our partner organisation SERVICE CIVIL INTERNATIONAL to volunteer as an individual.
